Have you ever been in a clinic alone waiting for your turn to see the doctor? Only empty seats accompanying you and the silent noise of the a/c reminds you of the sea.

 You look outside trying to ensure youself that you are not alone; that there is someone out there. Then you realize, the outside world is  closed when you are in a clinic all by yourself. Make sense? its not supposed to.
